The company was founded in 2010 by industry veteran Jeff Ferguson, who has built a team of digital experts and created campaigns for some of the world’s largest and well-known brands.

As part of the acquisition, Jeff Ferguson will become a partner at Amplitude and lead the search marketing team, including its PPC, Paid Social, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Client Services groups. He will be joining founder/partner Duff Ferguson and partner Josiahs Livingston on the executive committee that guides Amplitude’s strategic direction.
